We are leaving in a few hours for Beijing! I can't believe the time is actually here. I have dreamed for years about having a daughter and now I will. Max doesn't know that his world is about to be turned upside down. Mommy and Daddy go away for a couple of weeks and come back with a baby girl. Lian Hua, we will meet on Monday May 30 at 2:30 pm. I can't wait!!

Baby Girl Pictures
Here are our sweet Xu Lian Huo's pictures. Phonetically it is "shu leon qwah". These pictures were taken when she was quite a bit younger. She is 15-1/2 months old, DOB: 11/9/09. Her name will be a combination of some of the following names (three plus Weaver): Mary, Hannah, Maggie, Grace, Lian. Any suggestions are welcome but the name must include "Mary" - that's a must! I wish there was a way to have them all, hehehe.
Still floating on cloud nine! Max is practicing saying "sister".

It's Referral Day!!
Well, the stork has LANDED! Sure took him a very loooong time to get here from China: 5 years, 3 months & 20 days, but who's counting? Now we wait oh so patiently for THE CALL from Great Wall China Adoption with information and pictures of our daughter. Will post pictures later today. Happy, happy day. Max has a little sister.
